Founder & Driving Force
At the heart of Smallfields Events Ltd is Wayne Terry, whose career in events and live entertainment spans more than three decades.
Wayne’s journey began in the early 1990s, working in theatre before moving into large-scale concerts and live productions. Over the years, he has toured extensively and worked behind the scenes on major events, gaining hands-on experience across theatre, music, and large public gatherings.
After a hiatus away from the industry, Wayne returned to what he describes as his natural arena, arena, live events. Since then, he has brought together decades of practical knowledge, trusted relationships, and a deep understanding of how events truly work, to deliver outstanding experiences with a strong personal touch.

Wayne’s driving belief is simple but powerful: to move forward properly, we must respect those who came before us.
